Our Managing Consultant, Amit Puri, has 12 years of business and career management related experience, in Asia and Europe. The experience has been diverse and included organisational/strategy consulting with Bain and Company. In this role he helped organisations improve their effectiveness in areas such as company culture, recruitment and selection, talent deployment, career planning/development, overall strategy and operational improvements. Amit has also worked for Morgan Stanley and Citigroup, in equity research, investment banking, equity capital markets, commercial banking and wealth management.

His educational qualifications are equally diverse. Amit has pursued an MSc./PG Dip. in Organisational Psychology and Career Counselling, with the University of London. Psychometrics is another interest of his and he has a high level of training in Occupational Psychometric Testing with the British Psychological Society. Prior to that, he obtained an MBA from INSEAD (France) and a Masters in financial management, from the International Management Institute (India). In order to integrate the principles of coaching into his consultation process, Amit also trained with the Career Coach Institute (USA) and Results Coaching Systems (Singapore/Australia).
